When you love an activity, you want to do it every day. Whether it’s a long-distance run, a weightlifting session, or a CrossFit class, you can’t get enough. And technically, your body is physically capable of doing these activities every day. But just because you can doesn’t mean you should. There are two schools of thought on the issue. One argues for it, stating that daily sessions can do a body good as long as they vary in technique and intensity. The other argues against, citing overtraining and muscle damage. Which approach should you trust? Is it safe to exercise every day?
